Question by chris_m: What can I do to quickly burn fat without exercising too much and without taking hardcore pills?
I want to drop a lot of my ‘belly’ fat in VERY short order, but I am not exactly sure which was would be the best way to do so. I have seen belts that vibrate to burn fat, but I am not sure if those work good. Any ideas?
Im 18, but my metabolism is already slowing down and I eat A LOT. Im not huge by any means, but I do have a belly

    The best way in my opinion is to break your healthy meals up into meals every 2-3 hours. It is a proven fact that you will speed up your metabolism when you eat more frequently, which in turn will burn fat. You have to make sure that you eat clean though, chicken, greens, and not a lot of carbs.

    Cardio would be beneficial, I believe if you do at least 20 minutes of cardiovacular activity per day your metabolism will speed up as well.

    Look on the web for some weight loss diets. Not the crazy diets, like South Beach and 0 carbs either. Those diets do work, but as soon as you start consuming normal foods again, your going to gain the weight back.
