Using 2 fat burning pill at once?

Question by cisca: Using 2 fat burning pill at once?
I am using 2 fat burning tablets at the same time and i want to know if there’s any danger to that.
the tablets are phosphacore and Atro-phex from BSN.
are they a good combination or are they not advised to use together????

Really depends on your weight and height. But no one will advise you to use 2 pills at one time. That is certainly unhealthy…..when i was younger, like half hour before I worked out I took a pill. It did help, you will sweat alot more than just working out. Pulse rate rises very quickly. You need to be very careful. Only take before you eat and then again when you exercise.
*remember those pills say not to excede more than like 4 or 6 pills, so actually your doubling your dose*
