Strength equals muscle mass so you kind of have to get bigger in a sense. The only way to get stronger while not getting bulkier is to lose weight in fat while gaining weight in muscle

It’s all about what you consume…..
The best way is by combining diet with sufficient exercise. Don’t focus on just your abs, as exercising in general will
    indirectly impact the abdominal area…
Definitely check this site out if you’re serious about your abs:

Creatine actually gets you stronger as well. If you don’t want to get bigger, then just do power lifting that stresses different muscle fibers. Why don’t you want to get any bigger? You aren’t going to explode overnight as a result of pushing yourself. When you come off creatine you will actually lose some weight anyway ( as creatine is a cell volumiser ). Careful with things like stackers as some of these combinations put a strain on your system.
