Q&A: Are Fat Burning Pills Over Rated?

Question by Marvel Soul: Are Fat Burning Pills Over Rated?
If Without The Pills, For Example, I Burn 300 Calories On The Treadmill. Does That Mean That If I Had Taken Them I Would Actually Be Burning Twice The Amount, Like 600 Calories? If Not, Then What Exactly Is The Difference Between Taking Them and Not Taking them? P.S: I Use HydroxyCut Hardcore, 3 Tablets Half an Hour Before Workout (On An Empty Stomach)

i personally believe that any diet pill, juice, or food is completely overrated and of no use. You either see no resuts, or see results but dont see the damage it does to your body inside and in the long run its effects can be dire. plus, alot of diet pills can be addicting, and once you get off them, ou blow up like a balloon. i think the best way to go is to workout and eat healthy because then ou can also say that you got your body looking good by yourself without any help or detrimetal products
