Is it illegal to sell xenadrine (behind the counter fat burning pills) on ebay?
I bought a bottle of Xenadrine(behind the counter fat burning pills) from a local GNC. I didnt open the bottle. Its too late to return it so now i want to sell it on ebay. Can i do that?

As long as the pills do not contain ephedra I think it’s legal.

Not sure why it’s behind the counter, the stuff is just herbal quackery and nonsense (ingredients list is here http://www.babyzone.com/askanexpert/xenadrine-ingredients or here http://ezinearticles.com/?Ingredients-of-Xenadrine-RZR-X&id=4199960 there are different kinds) . It’s mostly caffeine. The FTC sued them several times already for deceptive advertising ( http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2005/07/xenadrine.shtm )
As to whether you can sell it on ebay, it looks like a lot of people are, so I guess it’s okay.
