Question by kristine m: how do i lose weight with pills?
tell me ,anyone who has used fat burning pills and vitamins with natural ingredients,did they work? because i wanted to start taking fat burning pills with natural ingds,i need smeone who has tried them to tell me if they work,because i dont want to spend money on something that dnt work,or doesnt help me to lose fat.

You are right not to want to spend money on something that doesn’t work.

No pill, potion or supplement will help you lose weight or fat – they are a waste of money, and some are actually bad for you.

All you need to lose weight is a good healthy diet and exercise :)

    Avoid diuretics. I would reccomend an ECA stack. many companies market ECA pills, the pills are a combination ephedra caffein and asperine. the asperien is a blood thinner so the other stuff has strong and faster acting effect.

    The ephedra is very potent and strong so be sure to drink lots of water when on ECA. the caffein curves your appetite. Ephedra give you more energy.

    There are risks, it increases your heart rate and unless you remain hydrated serious side effects may ensue.

    Hydroxcut i would not reccomend it is not effective but i found it mildly addictive.

    Thermogenic fat burners tend to act as diurectics which is just not healthy.

    Forget the pills. Healthy diet and exercise is the only way to go.

    I do believe that some do help you, but you need to incorporate diet and exercise as well. They do not work for everyone.

    Why don’t you just eat healthy meals and snacks, and exercise??? Trust me, it’s the best way to get fit and healthy. Go to this website. It’s really good. And remember that supplements are bad. it’s best to get your vitamins and nutrients through the actual food that you eat!!!

    Today there is too much information available on losing weight that has become more confusing and sometimes difficult to follow. It’s actually very easy to lose weight if you follow my weight loss tips.

    * Be in right frame of mind

    * Eat whole food

    * Eat fresh fruit

    * Drink enough water

    * Always chew your food

    * Take small meals

    * Include protein at meal

    * Shut off TV while eating

    * Increase your physical activity
