Does anyone know of good pills to burn fat?

Question by : Does anyone know of good pills to burn fat?
I’m not sure if they even exist! lol Please let me know if they worked and what brand.

I’ve been working out and eating right but I havent really seen a difference. I need help!!!
I’ve been working my ass off!! Going to the gym at least four times a week plus in a strict diet. I did have a c-section and ever since it is really hard for me to lose weight.

“im lazy, i went to the gym 2 times, I worked out for about 4 minutes total, then I ate a fruit and a vegetable, so I eat healthy, but it didn’t work, do you know anything I can eat that will make me lose weight?, I don’t want to exercise or actually try to eat healthy, because I’m lazy”
