the “green tea” is like “acai” in that immoral companies will use whatever term that sounds healthy at the moment and put that in their products name.

edit: what, you give me a thumbs down because im not placating you? im not going to lie to you. those pills do not work, and are not healthy for you. they’re not going to help you lose weight. eating healthy will.

    There is little to no scientific evidence that green tea has any effect on weight loss. I attached an article of what there is evidence that it helps with and what there isn’t. At best the green tea has caffeine in it which may affect your metabolism temporarily but nothing that’s going to make pounds melt away.
