Do diet pills burn sugar or do they burn fat?

Question by Rissa: Do diet pills burn sugar or do they burn fat?
I was curious in biology if diet pills actually burn body fat or if they really are just speeding up enzymes and causing a persons body to burn sugar. Please help me and don’t give answers that aren’t true! Thanks

They don’t burn anything, these just trigger a brain reaction to cause you to not feel hungry.
