Question by little miss sunshine: do caffine pills make you loose weight?
i dont get how this work..a lot of fat burning pills say that they also give you enery liek they have caffine in them too..
yet theres also just plain caffine pills.

will taking caffine pills speed up your metabolism or something? will they make you loose weight?

i just dont get it?

Caffeine gets your heart rate going. I take Hydroxycut Max soley for the bursts of energy it quickly gives me. It helps tremendously when I workout, since each pill has enough caffeine in it as a cup of coffee. I;ve reached max dosage, which means 3 capsules taken twice a day so basically for me its like getting 6 cups of coffee!!! But i’m not sensitive to caffeine so I can still sleep well at night.

Caffeine pills will either help you stay awake when you need it or will give you that burst of energy that you need when exercising.
