Almost all bodybuilding and diet supplements DON’T WORK and are a complete

joke and only make a 5% difference ASSUMING your diet and training plan are

in order. In just a second, I’ll give you a nutritional advantage and tell

There have been lots of mixed reviews about fat burning products and your best bet is to stay off them. But to answer your question you can gain muscle and break down fat at the same time, these products are mainly thermogenic , meaning that it turns up the Temperature in your body causing more fat to be broken down at a faster rate. They do not burn muscle away, they are completely anabolic.

your best option is to actually do much more cardiovascular activity, resulting in a more natural fat loss and you will feel much better doing it that way in my opinion!

    Good luck !

you wouldnt gain muscle but the muscle you have would be more noticable because the fat is not covering it up

    if that makes sense

Yes, you can, but it is hard for many men. I used to work at GNC for years and years selling Lipo 6, Hydroxycut, and Hydroxycut Hardcore. We would sell the snot out of those items because they had a PM, which means that the employee gets $ 3, or $ 6 for the large bottles, every time they sell one.

DRINK LOTS OF WATER! These products will dehydrate you so bad that they can cause liver damage. Also, be taking lots of protein and eat lots of food, or otherwise you will lose muscle mass while taking these products. If you are using creatine, be very cautious because you need lots of water for any type of creatine to work right – anhydrous, malate, AKG, HCA, monhydrate, etc. – and those weight cutting products also drain water from you. I would also advise caution if you are stacking these products with Nano Vapor, WAR, Black Powder, Anabolic Halo, etc, as these can dehydrate you too. On top of all this, all of these products will increase your heart rate in the gym when lifting weights; so it is like you are doing cardiovascular when lifting. If you are dehyrdated, then it will put a lot of stress on your heart. I don’t mean to scare you, but there have been incidents in the gym of guys collapsing from these things that they stacked with workout stimulants.

I do not know how big you are now, but protein and low carbs is a good way to go without those products, but it takes time. Some friends of mine from GNC are professional body builders and for their cutting phase, they do tons of water and protein and not much else. For mass gaining, they go monkey crazy on carbs and protein, and lots of water. They drink two gallons a day, seriously.

Don’t know if any of this helped you, but there ya go.
