There is no such thing as a fat burning pill. All of the pills that claim to be fat burning don’t have their statement evaluated by the fda. which means they didn’t get their pills tested. The pills are actually thought to cause serious health risks.

    Hi Steve,

I like yourself had the same problem for many years. I tried many different diets and pills, and nothing ever worked for me. I even had some health issues from taking Hydroxycut. Unfortunately the FDA does not regulate these items unless there are enough reported cases of bad side effects, like what happened years ago from the use of ephedra.

I am in the best shape of my life now, and I’ve become a big health and fitness advocate. If you really want to lose the belly fat then a proper diet and cardio is what you need. AB workouts are great but do very little to actually lose the fat around the waist. You can work the muscles all you want but you’ll need to burn the fat off around them before you are likely to see any progress.

I learned the hard way that there really aren’t any shortcuts to this, but it can be done and be rewarding. If you have trouble with the “Diet” side of things I recommend “Eating for Life” by Bill Phillips. This book has made the diet side of being fit easy, while not tasting bad either.

    Hope this helps!

    Craig
